Summary of Hualan Bio’s IVIG, Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection HumanImmunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection, IVIG is a liquid preparation made from healthy human plasma, separated and purified by low temperature ethyl alcohol protein separation, and inactivated by double virus inactivation including at least 10 hours of Pap inactivated in 60 ± 0.5 ℃ and at least 21 days of low ph incubation at 23 ~ 25 ℃ . The active ingredient is humanimmunoglobulin , and contains appropriate amount of maltose, polysorbate 80 as a stabilizer, without preservatives and antibiotics. Clinically, it is mainly used to treat various primary and secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases and some autoimmune diseases.
