HualanBiological Bacterin Co., Ltd is a high and new tech enterprises specializing in vaccines, situated at Jia No.1-1, Hualan Ave., High-tech Zone, Xinxiang, Henan, China. In order to improve the overall strength of the enterprise, Hualan Bio plans to build a project for the development and industrialization of InfluenzaVaccine (Split, Virion), Inactivated, Quadrivalent. The production scale is 15 million doses of Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine per year. The construction content is to transform the production workshop, install production equipment and supporting facilities, adopt influenza virus strains recommended by the World Health Organization and approved by the drug administration department under the State Council, and develop a new type of highly effective influenza vaccine by optimizing the preparation process of virus culture, harvesting, inactivation, ultrafiltration, centrifugation, chromatography, splitting and etc.

Summary of Hualan Bio’s IVIG, Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection HumanImmunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection, IVIG is a liquid preparation made from healthy human plasma, separated and purified by low temperature ethyl alcohol protein separation, and inactivated by double virus inactivation including at least 10 hours of Pap inactivated in 60 ± 0.5 ℃ and at least 21 days of low ph incubation at 23 ~ 25 ℃ . The active ingredient is humanimmunoglobulin , and contains appropriate amount of maltose, polysorbate 80 as a stabilizer, without preservatives and antibiotics.
